Just looking for responsible people who want to live in a quiet household and have a happy outlook on life. Age does not matter but level of cleanliness does. So if you know of anyone ready to downsize and share cooperative living and a beautiful kitchen send them my way. What does the Sellwood neighborhood offer? Enjoy urban living close to restaurants, shops and the Sellwood riverfront park, home to summer concerts and kayaking. The house has two porches and a second-story deck for enjoying long warm summer evenings. Wood floors, high ceilings, big windows, claw foot tub, hot water on demand and plenty of space to garden. One can exist without a car here walking to markets, restaurants and bakeries. Message me and we can chat about the house and current residents. One beautiful cat. Not accepting other animals.
