Terms are flexible, ideally we could do 3-6 months to start go month to month following that. Either party can terminate the agreement with no less than 30 days. Smoking or vaping is only allowed outside the house or on the deck. Cleaning up after that is required. The use recreational drug like marijuana must be done outside. Street parking is the primary option, however depending on vehicle it may be possible to part a car in the back motor court as long as it does not interfere with owners access. Parking in the motor court would be charged. A discount can be applied to rent if the tenant will take on yard work, grass cutting, edging, bush and tree trimming and general tidying of the yard. Tenant is expected to maintain a presentable space at all times. A housekeeper will likely be added to help and additional fee might be required. Overall tenant must clean areas the cook, eat and lounge in as soon as the finish in those spaces. Food mess can not be left out overnight and all trash must be removed from the house promptly. Guests require advance notice, and overnight guests are generally no allowed without discussion
