Nestled on the quiet Biscayne Bay side of South Beach, known as the West Avenue District, this apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to world-famous Lincoln Road, as well as numerous restaurants, bars, and eateries.
Due to South Florida's tropical climate, insects may occasionally be present. All homes are professionally cleaned and routinely treated for pest prevention. Occasional insect sightings are not considered a cleanliness issue or grounds for refund. The access code will be active precisely at your check-in time and will deactivate at your check-out time. Early check-ins are available for a fee of $65 or a complimentary 3 pm check-in, based on availability. A strict no-smoking policy is in effect, with a $500 penalty for any smoking in the apartment. Quiet time is observed after 8 pm. Damages or stains to sheets/linens will incur an additional charge not covered by the cleaning fee. Do not use towels or linens for makeup removal. Daily cleaning is not included; only a one-time check-out cleaning is provided. Management staff may access the unit in case of emergencies. Guests do not have access to mailboxes unless for stays of 28 nights or more. Packages received after check-out will be discarded. Cars are towed quickly in South Beach; ensure you park in designated areas if parking is provided.
