Room available July 01.… Ideal housing for Active duty military personnel who just relocated here in Norfolk, or who want to live off-base but still in close proximity to the base. Also ideal housing for Shipyard Civilian Workers. However, ALL Clean, Responsible, and Friendly People are welcome :-)
The house was originally built in 1920. It is a 6 bedroom 3 bathroom house with 2 floors. This house was bought as a major fixer upper and has undergone some extensive remodeling, including upgrades to the bathrooms and kitchen. The house is located across the street from ODU campus, a 10 minute walk to Elizabeth River, and a 10 minute drive to Naval Base Norfolk main entry gate.
The house is partially furnished.

Use of Common Areas: Dining and Living Room.
Laundry (HE Washer/Dryer)
The room is offered for one person occupancy only; however, visitors and overnight guests are permitted so long as they are respectful.
$775 per month+ your share of the utilities (Share of the Utilities are usually about $140/month, which includes Trash, Gas, Electric, WiFi, and Water). Month-to-Month with 30 days notice or specified term optional. Security Deposit is $775.
ENVIRONMENT/ATMOSPHERE:
Guests are always welcome. While it is not a party house, it is also not the quietest house.
This is Not a 420-friendly household. No drugs, and no excessive drinking permitted. No Pets Allowed. Nonsmokers preferred; however, outside smokers are permitted.
