Lease terms

Lease Terms Lease Start Date: Available beginning September 7, 2026. Lease Length: Flexible lease terms available. Short-term leases will be considered, subject to owner approval. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required prior to move-in. Utilities & Property Maintenance: The tenant is responsible for all utilities and the care of the property, including: Electricity Lawn maintenance Pool maintenance General upkeep of the home and landscaping Property Condition: The home, pool, yard, and landscaping must be maintained in the same clean, well-kept condition as when the tenant takes possession. Any neglect or failure to properly maintain the property that results in damage, excessive cleaning, repairs, or the need for professional restoration may be deducted from the security deposit. No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home or garage. Pets: Pets may be considered with prior owner approval and an additional pet deposit. Application Requirements: All applicants are subject to a background check, credit check, income verification, and rental history review. Rent Payments: Rent is due on the first day of each month. Late fees will apply to overdue payments as outlined in the lease agreement. Occupancy: Only approved occupants listed on the lease may reside in the home. This home has been exceptionally maintained, and the owner is looking for tenants who will care for it with the same level of pride and respect. Failure to maintain the lawn, pool, or overall property in good condition may result in the cost of restoration, cleaning, or repairs being deducted from the security deposit at the end of the lease.
