The primary bedroom features a king bed, a private en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and a smart TV. The guest bedroom also has a king bed. The guest bathroom features a fully tiled walk-in shower for accessibility, while the primary suite offers a private tub/shower layout. A dedicated in-unit laundry room with a side-by-side washer and dryer is provided for your convenience. Enjoy a private ground-floor patio with a four-person bistro set.
Guests enjoy access to the Vista Hermosa community's heated pool and sun deck. One reserved parking space is provided under a covered carport, with additional guest spots available on-site for secondary vehicles. Maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay (or per month for stays longer than 28 days).
Nestled on the world-renowned Siesta Key, this property is situated in a vibrant coastal community known for its unique quartz sand and turquoise waters. It is located in a prime area within easy walking distance to the boutique shops and local dining of the Village, as well as several public beach access points.
Quiet hours are observed from 8 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed indoors, and a designated outdoor smoking area is located 15 feet away from the property. Smoking violations or evidence of indoor smoke smell will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee. No parties or events are allowed. Noise levels must remain below 80 decibels at all times. Guests will receive automated text notifications for noise violations. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Guests must complete a secure Guest Check-In Form prior to check-in to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Parking on grass or lawns is strictly prohibited; use only designated parking areas. Indoor smoking, fireworks, and glass around pool areas are prohibited. Guests are responsible for locking all windows and doors when leaving the property. Trash sorting is required; valet trash service is provided. Allow at least 24 hours for the team to resolve any reported issues or missing amenities. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Contact in advance for additional guests. Dispose of sanitary products in bins provided. Misuse leading to plumbing issues may incur fees. Disabling or tampering with security devices will result in immediate eviction without refund. Any illegal activity, including drug use, will result in immediate eviction without a refund. No lifeguard on duty at the pool; swim at your own risk. Children under 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Food, drinks, glass, and pets are not allowed in the pool area. Do not run, dive, or smoke around the pool. Do not use the pool during lightning storms. Do not urinate in the pool. Guests are not permitted to use or add any chemicals to the pool. Maintain the AC temperature between 68-80F; setting the AC below 68F may cause issues and incur additional technician fees. Guests must bring their own cleaning supplies, toiletries, and kitchen ingredients. A starting supply of paper products, towels, and linens is provided. Linens for pull-out sofas are not automatically supplied; let us know in advance if they are needed. Violation of any house rules may result in removal from the property without a refund.
