The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a private en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and a wall-mounted 32" smart TV. The guest bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a king-size bed and soft bedside lighting. A dedicated in-unit laundry room with a side-by-side washer and dryer is provided for your convenience. A private ground-floor patio with a four-person bistro set provides an intentional space for morning coffee or evening sea breezes. Guests enjoy access to the Vista Hermosa community's heated pool and sun deck. Enjoy streaming app access on the smart TVs, along with a curated selection of board games. The guest bathroom features a fully tiled walk-in shower, while the primary suite offers a private tub/shower layout. Two beach chairs, an umbrella, and soft beach towels are provided.
A maximum of two pets are allowed with a fee of $100 per pet per stay (or per month for stays longer than 28 days). Permits for professional video or photography can be requested for an additional fee.
Nestled on Siesta Key, the property is positioned in a vibrant coastal community known for its unique quartz sand and turquoise waters. Salt & Sol is situated in a prime location within easy walking distance to the boutique shops and local dining of the Village, as well as several public beach access points. For excursions to mainland Sarasota, the drive time is approximately 15 to 20 minutes. The island is highly navigable by car or ride-share, but many Salt & Sol guests prefer walking or cycling to the nearby boutiques, restaurants, and beach access points.
Quiet hours are between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Indoor smoking, fireworks, and glass around pool areas are prohibited. A designated outdoor smoking area is located 15 feet away from the property. Smoking violations or evidence of indoor smoke smell will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee. No parties or events are allowed, and noise levels must remain below 80 decibels at all times. Guests will receive automated text notifications for noise violations. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Disabling or tampering with security devices will result in immediate eviction without refund. Any illegal activity, including drug use, will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Upon booking, you will receive a link to a secure Guest Check-In Form that must be fully completed prior to check-in. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Unattended pets, including service animals, will incur pet fees. Setting the AC below 68F may cause issues and incur additional technician fees. Violation of any house rules may result in removal from the property without a refund.
