Senior lease goes through end of May 2027, and undergraduate lease through July 31, 2027, with option to renew. Lease renewal, if extended, each year with rent remaining unchanged while a student at UConn. Undergraduates to have one parent co-sign lease. No smoking in the house. It will set off fire sprinkler system. No pets.
