Owner pays for water, electrical, garbage pickup and lawn care service. Renter is responsible for 1st and last month rent due upfront before renting. Rent is for 1 year lease with automatic renewal unless owner given 2 month prior notice before lease is up. Owner has the right to walk through property interior and exterior to check status of duplex at any time. Renter will be notified by phone/text prior to entering unit. Renter will pay a $100 non refundable application fee at the time of application submission. If multiple renters are to rent unit then each renter will need to submit and pay $80 non refundable application fee as well. Renters are not allowed to have more than 4 people in the 2 bdrm apartment due to septic regulations. Pets are allowed with a non refundable one time fee of $300 per pet. Pet must weight between 1 - 40 pounds.
