This agreement outlines a twelve-month lease for the property. The lessee will be responsible for all utility expenses, ensuring that essential services such as water, electricity, and gas are maintained. Please note that smoking and pets are strictly prohibited on the premises to preserve a clean and healthy environment. Additionally, the lessee has the option to maintain the lawn personally or have it serviced professionally. In the latter case, an additional $200 fee will be charged for each grass-cutting service during the growing season. This allows for flexibility in lawn care while ensuring the property remains well-kept.
