Rent Furnished or Unfurnished - please read all before sending me a message, thanks!… This adorable cottage is bigger than it looks with plenty of room in the living/dinning room area (10' x 17') One-bedroom (10' x 11') with a really cool archway and 3/4 bath Kitchen (7.5' x 11.5') has lots of storage and a full sized frig, stove/oven, and, a WASHER AND DRYER too! Photos posted are older photos and the current furniture has been updated You'll have a dedicated parking spot off the street/adjacent to the cottage. I only rent to non-(tobacco) smokers (420 friendly) This cottage always goes really quickly, so if you have good strong rental and work history, submit a Zillow application to get your place in line, or send me a message or give me a call. I am happy to answer your questions. You are welcome to drive by but do not disturb current tenants. Because I always have lots of interest, and to honor the current tenants, I will schedule tours only with qualified applicants.
