This is a first floor, sweet 2 bedroom with natural wood trim through out and stained glass light fixtures. The special thing about this unit is that it has a huge shard yard. There is offstreet parking for one car. Shared coin laundry, and a private storage shed. The thing is, I am looking for someone who is only interested in a short term lease, approximately 4-7 months max, August through February. We plan to sell the building in the early spring and would like to have the unit vacant at that time. I'm hoping to find the person or persons who this is a good fit. This is a sweet, 1st floor apartment, of a triplex.… There is natural wood trim throughout, and stained glass light fixtures. There is a small, sunny entry room that has been used as an office, or a breakfast nook. The really special thing about this property is the huge shared yard. If you like having outdoor space to hang out in, you will like it here. The other thing that is different about this listing is that I am looking for someone who is only looking for a short term rental, August through February of maybe 4- 7 months. We are planning on selling the property in the early spring and prefer the apartment to be vacant at that time. Please don't send an application before viewing the apartment. I prefer to show the unit to you first. There is off street parking for one car, and a shared coin laundry. I would pay water and garbage. Security deposit is the same amount as one month's rent.
