Available June 12th is a 2 bed 1 bath unit. Rent is $960 Deposit is $1,440 Total move in: $2,400, does not include utility deposits, to be paid by tenant directly to the utility company. Stove is gas and heating is electric. Will consider someone with an eviction, additional fee may be charged depending on time and reason for eviction. Looking for a responsible, non-smoking tenant that will keep the unit up and be a respectable neighbor to the other tenants in this 4-unit complex. Small Pets, under 30 pounds are also okay, with non-refundable deposit of $250, this can be waived if you are able to show you have renters insurance with your pet covered, which must remain enforced during the time of your tenancy. FYI- The unit will be deep cleaned, including the stove prior to move in. Also of note, appliances are working at time of move-in, however if at any time appliances stop functioning during your tenancy, you will need to either pay for any repairs needed for appliance, or you are welcome to purchase your own appliances. SECTION 8, VASH and other housing assistance programs are accepted.
