Within walking distance to shops, including Sprouts, King Soopers, Kohls. 15 minutes to Olde Town Arvada, 20 to Denver, 30 to Boulder, 20- 90 to Colorado State and National Parks. My ideal roommate is mature, reasonably quiet, easy-going, clean, and doesn't smoke cigarettes. Someone who is willing to split cleaning tasks in shared spaces, split purchases of shared household items, doesn't have company over frequently, or expect to have overnight company for more than a few days out of the month. l like a friendly vibe, and while I'd love an occasional dinner, I also appreciate alone time for art/ recharging. I list left, have neighbors and friends/ family over here and there, and work from home. I tend to be home a lot between work and art.
