Huge fenced in back yard. You are within two miles of two hospitals and Uptown. The house was built in 1932 and recently painted. Home features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances with a dry bar, including an ice machine and wine/beverage refrigerator. Both bedrooms include blackout curtains. The master has a new king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a peloton bike and desk for a nice work space. Enjoy cooking out on the large deck along with a large fenced in back yard with plenty of firewood and fire pit. Home comes with 3 tv's (one is a mobile to move around the house). Driveway will fit two vehicles and free parking on the street in front of the home. You will be within walking distance to numerous, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and a Google rated 5 star wine, cheese and sandwich shop, The Culture Shop! You are also just a few blocks from the bus line which will take you to Uptown. This is the best location in Charlotte. I would prefer to rent for around 3 months, but am very flexible.
