Owner supplies water. Renter pays for electricity. Owner responsible for cutting and maintaining fenced in yard. No smoking allowed inside Rental there is a screened in porch for smoking. Renter shall not during the rental period allow others the use of the property. The Renter shall during the rental term keep and maintain the property in in good condition and repair and shall be responsible for any loss, casualty, damage or destruction to said property in its present condition reasonable wear and tear excepted. Two vehicles in Running condition with current tags and insurance allowed on property. keep outside of rental clean and trash free. There will be a 50.00 late fee if rent not paid five days of rent to be paid. No more than 3 people livening in rental. Renter should not throw food or garbage on the ground of the rental. Renter cannot put food in the toilet or grease down the sink.
