Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in fines. Guests are responsible for taking out the trash upon departure. Check-out is at 10 AM; late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Security cameras are installed outside the property, ensuring privacy is fully respected. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Parking is available for up to two vehicles side-by-side in the driveway, plus one additional vehicle on the street. Overflow parking is available in the Lava Tree Dr section of the community. Shoes are preferred to be removed indoors. Please report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines for any violations of house rules.
