Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. This home can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests. Parking is available for up to two vehicles side-by-side in the driveway, plus space for one additional vehicle on the street. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Fireworks and firearms are not permitted on the property. Trash must be taken out and disposed of properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. Violations of house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
