Owner pays water; all other utilities are responsibility of tenant. Tenant must take out trash and shovel snow. We require a rental application with proof of income, previous landlord references, and a copy of your credit report. We are willing to consider small pets, but will require a pet deposit. We are conscientious and responsive landlords and expect tenants to be the same and to take great care of the property. The lease term is for one year. It is available starting Sept 1, but will consider alternate lease start dates. We will require a security deposit equal to one month of rent.

It is approximately 1150 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large open kitchen that looks onto the high-ceilinged living room and three oversized bright and sunny south-facing windows. We have included a floor plan in the photos to provide you with an idea of the lay out of the apartment.
This kitchen is designed for those who love to cook! It includes brand new stainless steel appliances, including a glass-top range, a built-in over-range microwave with a vent to the outdoors, refrigerator, dishwasher, and insinkerator. The sink faucet is automatic, so you can turn it on with a wave of your hand. There is lots of storage space in the many cabinets. Durable hardwood-look flooring creates soft relaxing tones that match with the fresh light gray walls and white trim. Built-in shelving throughout the apartment creates interesting and useful storage spaces. There is lots of insulation in the walls, keeping you cozy and your living space quiet.
There is a washer and dryer unit in the apartment. There is gas heating and central AC. The windows have curtain rods and black out blinds. There is plenty of street parking available. Safety is a priority for us. The apartment has a fire extinguisher, fire and smoke alarms, and a sprinkler system. There is also a video door bell so you can see who is buzzing you from below and speak with them before you go downstairs. Your mail will get delivered to a mailbox inside the vestibule, so your packages will remain safe.
This house is conveniently located in the heart of the historic Hollins Market/Union Square neighborhood. It is within walking distance of or a short drive from the University of Maryland Biopark, UMMS, UM Law School, and other UM buildings, downtown, Hollins Market, Pigtown, the Stadium/Camden Yards, and the Inner Harbor. It provides convenient access to 95/295/695, the MARC train, light rail. It is close to the circulator, UM shuttle, and other buses (76, 78, city link purple, and orange).
