Lease terms

This is an apartment! This is a month to month lease Agreement the monthly rent is $1,200, the security deposit is $1,200. This lease includes water, the tenant is responsible for their own utilities. No smoking allowed, 2 years working on the same job, for ID we a need current drivers license, social security card and 3 recent paystubs. This apartment will be available November 1, 2026. Parking space is an enclosed driveway. This apartment have 5 smoke detectors, tenant will be responsible for changing their batteries as needed. It is illegal for tenant to remove any smoke detector from the wall. Any damages to this apartment or appliances will be taken out of security deposit. Security deposit will be returned to you when you are moving out after walk through. There is no subleasing, only the people listed on this lease can move into this apartment. Subleasing is a violation of your lease, Tenant can be evicted for non payment of rent, damaging the property, disturbing the peace, No drug use or No drug sales. It is the tenant responsibility to take care of this apartment. Tenant will be notified in advance of yearly walk through. We will do a walk through and take pictures of the apartment to show the condition of the apartment when tenant move in and when the tenant is moving out.
