Beach supplies are abundant, including a wagon, chairs, umbrella, and toys. An outdoor shower is available to rinse off after a day at the beach.
Guests have private access to the entire upstairs apartment, an outdoor seating area, and an outdoor shower. Free Wi-Fi and free parking for one vehicle are provided. Complimentary coffee is available for the first morning. A shared laundry room with two washers and dryers is accessible during daytime hours.
Located in a quiet coastal community, Vilano Beach is known for its sandy Atlantic shoreline and a fishing pier. You're just minutes away from the Vilano Fishing Pier, public beaches, and popular restaurants. Downtown St. Augustine is a short 5-8 minute drive away.
Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Events are not permitted. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not allowed. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet, only toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any property damage. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Guests must update the number of guests to the correct amount; more guests on the premises than notated in the reservation may result in an additional fee. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. Attempting to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the camera may result in reservation cancellation and guests being asked to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from their original positions. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Checkout procedures must be completed as written.
