Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. This is a non-smoking and non-pet property. Events are not allowed. Guests arriving outside of the set check-in time will not have access to door codes. Guests staying past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. An actively recording security camera is installed at the front door. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from their original positions. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, and underage drinking are strictly prohibited. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet, only toilet paper. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk as the home is not child-proofed.
This home is suitable for children and infants. The minimum age to book is 21. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. Attempting to remove, tamper with, or disconnect the internet to the security camera may result in reservation cancellation and guests being requested to vacate the premises.
