Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent and may be considered criminal trespassing, potentially leading to prosecution. Please observe quiet hours from 9:30pm to 8am. Smoking or lighting anything, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah, is not allowed in the property. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund. Dishonest or abusive behavior towards team members will also result in termination without refund. The property owner retains the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe the guest's actions could harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. A security deposit hold of $150 - $500 may be collected. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed unless expressly disclosed and will result in reservation termination without refund if discovered, with a $300 cleaning fee for excessive pet hair. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Unreturned keys will incur a $170 re-keying fee. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, or trashed will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee or actual cost to clean. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security, fire department, police fees, or other costs arise from guest behavior, the guest will be billed, with a minimum security fee of $150. You will have access to the entire house.
