Some information about us and our renters policy. For section 8 tenants we do not require an application, we do however require your tenancy forms along with your case workers name and contact information.
If you do not have a section 8 voucher, a 600 credit score is required, along with 2.5x the rent household income. If you have a history of evictions or credit collections you will not be approved.
Rent is $1,100 a month, security deposit is $1,650. Whether you are paying money order/ cashiers check or have a state assisted program paying your security deposited you have seven days to turn in at-least half of your security deposit or a promise to pay letter from the assisting program before we relist the unit.
