Minimum 6 months rent, up to 12 months. This is a fully furnished property. Please inquire if you would like to bring your own furniture. Landlord pays for utilities (water, gas, electric), high speed internet internet, and trash/recycling/compost. Tenant maintains the yard. First month's rent plus security deposit due on lease signing. No smoking/vaping allowed in and on property. No parties please. No drugs /illegal activity. Pet Policy: We welcome pets on a case-by-case basis. All pets must be house-trained, well-behaved, and up-to-date on vaccinations. A $500 refundable pet fee may apply. Pet fee is $50/month. Applicants with pets must provide a reference from their current or most recent landlord confirming the pet has not caused property damage, excessive noise, or other lease violations. Renter has to carry renter's insurance and submit proof. One-time fees (non-refundable): $300.00 move-out cleaning fee. $40 tenant screening fee / per adult Utilities are included up to $300 per month. Past this allowance, all extra costs will be charged against the security deposit amount. Monthly cleaning can be arranged in advance.
