One year lease minimum. No Smoking of any kind allowed inside or on the property premises. No vaping, smoking cigarettes or marijuana. Water, Electricity and Garbage are included in rent. If usage is above reasonable amount, then there may be a surcharge on a monthly basis for water or electricity or garbage. A street parking pass will be provided by landlord. Tenant must provide own internet (starlink, port, etc). Unit does have WiFi, but it is up to tenant to provide their own if they prefer fast and consistent service. Upstairs bedroom furniture is provided. A queen bed, dressers and custom built in cabinetry. These need to stay on the premises. There is no negotiation for removal. Furniture on main floor, including a couch, table, chairs, side table can be negotiated in lease, but are not included. A $250 move in fee will be added as other personnel will be provided to bring items upstairs for 2 hours of move in. Use of the backyard by the owners will happen regularly. There is a small dog on premises and it has full use of the backyard. Tenant is responsible for maintaining a tidy area outside the front door. No storage chests or large items allowed outside. Can have one or two pairs of shoes outside. Overnight guests are not allowed more than one night at a time or more than 3 nights total per month unless discussed and approved by landlord. If there are outside guests staying more than one night at a time or more than 3 nights total per month, there will be an additional $200 charge per night. Stovetop is induction. All clad metal pots and pans are provided. Parking is on street. Very accessible. Landlord will provide a parking pass for 2026 year. Subject to change in 2027. Move in ready May 1st. Credit and income verification required.
