Lease terms

One year lease minimum. No Smoking of any kind allowed inside or on the property premises. No vaping, smoking cigarettes or marijuana, or illegal drugs. Water, Electricity and Garbage are included in rent. If usage is above reasonable amount, then there may be a surcharge on a monthly basis for water or electricity or garbage. Parking for one car. Tenant must provide own internet (starlink, WiFi port, etc). No installation of hardwired internet is possible. Comes furnished with brand new furniture. Upstairs bedroom furniture is provided. A queen bed, dressers and custom built in cabinetry. There is no negotiation for removal. Furniture on main floor, including a couch, table, chairs, side table are also included. No additional furniture is to be added upstairs, unless approved by landlord. A $250 move in fee will be added as other personnel will be provided to bring items/boxes upstairs for 2 hours of move in. Use of the backyard by the owners will happen regularly. There is a small dog on premises and it has full use of the backyard. Tenant is responsible for maintaining a tidy area outside the front door and window. No storage chests, signs, displays or large items allowed outside. Can have one or two pairs of shoes outside at any time. Overnight guests are not allowed more than one night at a time or more than 3 nights total per month unless discussed and approved by landlord. If there are outside guests staying more than one night at a time or more than 3 nights total per month, there will be an additional $200 charge per night. Stovetop is induction. All clad metal pots and pans are provided. Credit and income verification required. Application fee may apply
