All homes are professionally cleaned and routinely treated for pest prevention, but occasional insect sightings are not considered a cleanliness issue or grounds for refund. Early check-ins at 12 pm are available for a fee of $65, or a complimentary check-in is at 3 pm, subject to availability. Access codes will work precisely at 4 pm if an early check-in has not been confirmed. There is a strict no-smoking policy, and any smoking in the apartment will incur a $500 penalty. Quiet hours are observed after 8 pm. Damages or stains to sheets/linens will incur an additional charge not covered by the cleaning fee. Management staff may access the unit in the event of an emergency. Packages cannot be sent prior to a guest checking in and will be discarded if received after check-out. Guests do not have access to mailboxes unless for stays of 28 nights or more. The property is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
