Due to South Florida's tropical climate, insects may occasionally be present. All homes are professionally cleaned and routinely treated for pest prevention, but occasional insect sightings are not considered a cleanliness issue or grounds for refund. A strict no-smoking policy is in effect, with a $500 penalty for smoking. Quiet time is observed after 8 PM. Damages or stains to sheets/linens will incur an extra charge. Early check-ins at 12 PM are available for a fee of $65, or a complimentary 3 PM check-in, based on availability and confirmed 24-48 hours prior to arrival. Access codes are active precisely at 4 PM if an early check-in has not been confirmed. Luggage storage is not offered. Guests are required to remove all trash from the apartment and place it in outside cans at check-out, and wash used dishes. Management staff may access the unit in case of emergencies. Parking on South Beach can be complicated, and guests should ensure they park in designated areas. Packages cannot be sent prior to guest check-in and will be discarded if received after check-out. Guests do not have access to mailboxes unless for stays of 28 nights or more. The property is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
