Rental Terms & Information Tenant is responsible for all utilities. No smoking inside the home. Preferably no pets, however pet situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Security deposit is due at lease signing. Rental application is required for all applicants. Background check and verification process will be completed prior to approval. Monthly rent must be paid on time according to lease agreement terms. Tenant is expected to keep the property clean and well maintained. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be the tenant's responsibility. As landlords, we want our tenants to feel comfortable and cared for in the home. We will be available to address maintenance concerns and help resolve household issues in a timely manner.
