Three dedicated workstations with monitors make this an ideal setup for remote or flexible workers. A Peloton bike keeps your fitness routine going between ski days, and the hot tub out back is where you will end up every evening after skiing.

Your lease includes six guest amenity cards for access to Tahoe Donner's private facilities. These include the Trout Creek Recreation Center with fitness center, swimming pools, hot tubs, dry sauna, and steam room. Fitness classes. Private beach access on Donner Lake. An 18-hole championship golf course and driving range. Tennis and pickleball center. Equestrian center. Miles of hiking and biking trails. Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Area and cross-country ski center. On-site dining options include The Lodge Restaurant and Pub, Pizza on the Hill which is a family favorite with a playground right there, and Alder Creek Cafe and Trailside Bar which has a dog-friendly patio. Daily guest amenity fees apply per Tahoe Donner HOA policy.
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. No on-site garage but plowing service keeps the property accessible all winter. Outdoor fires, fireworks, and charcoal grills are prohibited but a propane grill is provided.
