Additional Information: Holding deposit:$5,050 Application fee is $64 per adult; Parking permit for each additional vehicle is $100 per month; and Two household pets are permitted with an additional $500 deposit, $75 monthly pet rent per pet. Current vaccination records, spaying/neutering records, emergency caregiver contact information, and veterinarian contact information are required. All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust's standard residential screening criteria. This includes, in part, a credit check, criminal background check, verification of income and assets, and verification of past residences. Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. We are closed on Sunday.
