The owner pays for electricity and internet; the house has filtered well water. Parking is located behind the house, and there is a lighted gravel pathway to the house for your safety. A wagon is provided to get your groceries to the house. This is country living; you will hear roosters, peacocks, and wildlife. Must not be afraid of dogs, we live on the back 4 acres of the property and have friendly pups, most days you will not see them, but now and then they smell something cooking on that bbq and they may wander up front just to get a little treat and petting. You're always welcome to rent it for a weekend on AirBnB.
