Two reserved parking spaces are available, and additional free street parking is provided for extra guests. Pets are allowed with a pet fee per pet, with a maximum of $300 for long-term stays. Lost door keys or remote fobs will incur a $150 replacement fee. It's an easy commute to Downtown, Uptown, Design District, Trinity Groves, and the Medical District, all within 20 minutes. Deep Ellum and Fair Park are 15 minutes or less away, and Arlington, home to the Cowboys and Rangers stadiums, is 30 minutes away. The shops and restaurants of Bishop Arts are a 7-minute drive. DFW International Airport is 25 minutes away, and Downtown Dallas is just 8 minutes away. Nearby attractions include the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, The Sixth Floor Museum, JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, Dallas World Aquarium, Dallas Zoo, and Reunion Tower. This home is one side of a duplex and has the potential for some noise. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, and any violation will result in a $250 per day charge.
