The owners use to live in this unit so everything has been upgraded. Cats are OK at $25 extra per month. (sorry, no dogs)

It has a friendly front porch to meet the neighbors or sit back and watch the parade of the jogging/bike path. You are welcome to plant a garden in the large sunny back yard or plant flowers around the front porch if you like that sort of thing. It was renovated about 5 years ago.
