Located in the sunny back of Linda Mar in Pacifica, residences are walking distance to parks, hiking trails, convenience stores, restaurants, and bus stops. Beaches are 2 miles away. San Francisco, the San Francisco airport, Burlingame, and Half Moon Bay are 15 to 20 miles away. Sausalito, Oakland, San Mateo, and Palo Alto are within 25 to 35 miles. Mountain View and San Jose are 40 to 50 miles away. Santa Cruz and Napa are within 65 miles. Above the studio lives a very lively family and at times a lot of noise echoes through the old wooden framing of this home. Despite carpets you'll hear a dog clumping up and down stairs and trying it's hardest to get a cat to play. You'll hear young boys getting rowdy before they are kicked outside to play. You'll hear laughter around a dinner table and into the evening. The home is busy between 6-8am and then again from 4-8pm on weekdays and scattered through weekends. That said, it's a great place to work from home and to get a good night's rest (that's what the owners do upstairs!).
