The washer and dryer are located behind the building on-site. Guests are required to be 21 years of age or older to book a reservation, with an individual of 21 years or older present throughout the duration of the reservation. Please refrain from eating or drinking in the bedrooms, with closed water bottles being an exception, as additional cleaning fees will apply for food or drink stains. Smoking is not permitted on the property; cigarette butts must be disposed of in the provided ashtray on the front patio, and additional fees will apply for cigarette stains or odors. All trash must be picked up before departing and placed in an outside trash can. Please wash all dishes and run and unload the dishwasher if used prior to departure. Do not open the windows due to extra security measures. Do not overload the washer/dryer, and do not wash sandy beach items or towels in the units. Empty the dryer lint trap after every use, as additional fees will apply if units are damaged due to improper use. The storage room is to remain closed at all times. Consumables such as condiments or snacks may be left behind by previous guests; guests consume these items at their own discretion and inspection. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Guests found to have had a party without host permission will be responsible for additional cleaning charges, and guests disturbing neighbors will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 07:00.
