Pets are welcome with a $75 fee per reservation for up to 2 pets, with an additional $100 fee for unannounced pets. No cats are allowed, and any pet-related damages will incur extra charges. Garage access is not permitted. The primary guest must be 21 years or older, with an adult over 21 present during the stay. No food or drink is allowed in bedrooms, and stains will incur extra cleaning fees. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fine for violations. All trash must be disposed of in outside bins before departure. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. All dishes must be washed and the dishwasher run before departure. Windows should be kept closed for security. Laundry machines should not be overloaded, sandy items should not be washed, and the dryer lint trap should be cleaned. The storage closet must remain closed and locked. Leftover consumables are at your discretion. Furniture should not be rearranged. Unauthorized parties are not allowed and will result in additional charges and immediate eviction. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property, and additional guests beyond the initial registration require approval and may incur a $100 per person charge. Illegal activities will result in immediate eviction. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am.
