I am the landlord and I am very passionate about someone needing and wanting a nice peaceful life in a home of their own without having to worry about a terrible landlord. I am wanting to accommodate any needs and fix whatever needs to be fixed that are most important to your everyday life. There is a big front and bavkyard and a garage with plenty of storage space and a place to park your car. It is located right outside the ghetto, which I would say is much more safe than you could expect. If you are needing a house to live life comfortable, this is the house for you. All I require is a background check and a credit check, all paid for out of my own pocket for you. There will also be an application fee of $50.00. Renter pays water, sewage and garbage as well as electric. tenant must abide by local law noise ordinances. This will be a month-to-month lease. Tenants are responsible for any new occuring damages inside and outside the home caused by the tenants. Failure to do so will result in an eviction notice to vacate the premises. Rent must be paid on time and each day rent is not paid after the first will be a charge of 10 dollars a day. The landlord will have the right to inspect the home as needed to ensure the home is being kept up and not destroyed. If renter is planning to move out, the tenant must give a 2 weeks notice prior to the following month or will be responsible for paying the next month's rent. Pets are allowed.
