Terms and Requirements: Annual lease and annually renewable. Longer leases are preferred and given priority. Estimate house availability on or after August 1, 2026. Monthly rent is $3, 100/month. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and yard care. First-month rent and advanced last-month rent, security deposit (same amount as one month's rent), and a non-refundable fee of $300 are all due before occupancy.
