This is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home. The tenant is responsible for cable, electricity, and water. Lawn care included. The first month's rent and security deposit are due before move-in. The security deposit is the rent amount. No smokers, no vaping, no drugs, and no illicit drugs or drug paraphernalia. No sub-renting. A $100- pet deposit is required for each pet. All adults over 18 must undergo a background, employment, rental history, and credit check. No RVs are allowed on the premises, and no cars are allowed in the backyard. No more than 4 cars can be parked on the property. No trash or garbage trailers are allowed. Cars must be parked in the designated area. Any alteration in the construction or in the property rules must be approved by the owner and solicited in writing.
