Lease Terms: Expected Available August 1, 2026. One-year lease required. Monthly rent is $1,850 with a security deposit equal to one month's rent. Rent is due on the first day of each month. Owner pays water, sewer, and garbage. Tenant is responsible for electricity, internet, cable, and all other utilities not specifically included. Applicants must have a minimum gross household income of three times the monthly rent, a minimum credit score of 680, positive rental history, and no prior evictions. Credit, background, and income verification will be required for all applicants and intended occupants age 18 and older. Renter's insurance is required prior to move-in. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home, garage, or bonus room. The private backyard is to be maintained by the tenant and may not be modified with additional landscaping, irrigation systems, gardens, pools, or hot tubs without the landlord's prior written approval. The bonus room is intended for storage, hobby, or home office use only and is not to be used as a bedroom.
