The owners of this duplex are firm on all three (3) of their requirements. All tenants that are 18 years and older MUST meet all three requirements to be approved: 1) Combined household income must be 2.5 times the rent/WSG fee; 2) Credit score of each adult must be 675+; and 3) Criminal and civil background check. Cosigners are welcome. Cosigners must have a minimum 740 credit score and 5x the rent for income. The owners have a strict 'no cat' policy, but will accept dogs on a case by case basis.
