Upstairs, find an Ensuite with 1 King bed, a Queen Room with 1 Queen bed, a Bunk Room with 2 Bunk Beds, a Bonus Room with 2 Floor Mattresses, and a Loft with 1 Sleeper Sofa/Futon. The basement offers another Bunk Room with 2 Bunk Beds, an Entertainment Room with 2 Sleeper Sofas/Futons, and additional futons and poof pillow beds. The theater room also has 2 Floor Mattresses. King and queen beds are available for adults, along with bunk beds for kids and 8 twin trifold mats. A dedicated workout room is also available.
Pets are allowed with prior approval and a per pet fee of $50 per stay. The garage is not accessible as it contains owner storage.
Situated in the peaceful Bear Creek neighborhood, this home is just 5 minutes from Roaring Springs Water Park and Wahooz Family Fun Zone, 10 minutes from The Village at Meridian, and 20 minutes to downtown Boise. Easy access to I-84 makes exploring the Boise area convenient.
Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and violation may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. This is a 100% smoke-free property; smoking inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. For the safety of guests and the property, exterior security cameras are present.
