This is a 100% smoke-free property; smoking, including vaping and cannabis, inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Tampering with security devices, such as cameras, doorbells, or smoke detectors, is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. The home is located in a residential neighborhood, so you may occasionally hear normal sounds like nearby pets, traffic, or lawn care. Exterior security cameras are present for safety, but there are no cameras or recording devices inside the home. Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Minor signs of wear and tear, such as scuffed walls or small paint chips, may be present due to normal use and do not constitute damage or justify refunds. Due to the location, you may occasionally notice outdoor insects or small wildlife.
