6 month lease to end of 2025. Property available for longer but at a higher rate, January-May. Gas, electric and water must be put into tenant's name and is the responsibility of the tenant. Heating of pool and spa is gas. Landlord will pay for weekly disposal, pool and yard maintenance. For shorter term rental (inquire regarding rate), utilities of gas, electric and water are included. Heating of pool and spa is additional. No more than 10 people may occupy the house at any given time except no more than 6 people may occupy the house overnight (11pm to 7am). No pets, no indoor smoking. No commercial vehicles, trailers or campers. House may not be sublet. Furnishings may differ. Owner or owner's representative may have access to property with 24 hours notification. House may be listed for sale. Background and credit check required.
