The living area features vaulted ceilings, a comfortable oversized sectional, a large TV, access to the expansive deck. Guests enjoy their morning coffee or a cocktail at sunset amongst the ancient oaks, palms, and lush greenery.
The kitchen is well-stocked and open to the dining area. The modern breakfast bar offers added seating. The kitchen is stocked with both a keurig and standard coffee maker. Ample serveware and cookware abounds.
A guest bathroom with shower is right off the hallway.
The master bedroom features a large comfy king bed, and a twin daybed, as well as an ensuite bath.

CLUB AMENITIES: Amenity Cards included. Access to Beach Club (open seasonally), golf, tennis. Lakehouse outdoor pool accessible too.

ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 2 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) are unfortunately prohibited at the villa complex.
CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are local and family-owned, and your stay is our priority. We are on the island, licensed, insured, and locally staffed. Our standard for your stay is what we would want for ourselves.
