The guest bedroom has been furnished with a queen bed, quality bedding and a flat screen cable TV. The updated guest bath has a single sink and walk-in shower. A separate laundry room leads to the attached garage. The back patio is located just outside the living room and kitchen and overlooks the South 2nd fairway. It has a 27-hole golf course and one of the desert's top tennis and pickle ball facilities, community pools and spas and walking distance to many dining, shopping and entertainment venues. Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted Short-term rentals are not permitted in the city of Rancho Mirage. The minimum stay is 28 nights.
