Incredible amenities also included in monthly rent. -Renter pays for All Utilities including electric, water, phone, internet, TV/cable. -It is the responsibility of the Renter to obtain renters insurance and provide a copy of declaration page to Owner. It is highly recommended that the renter consider purchasing a separate flood insurance policy. Owner is NOT responsible for loss of tenant contents due to rising water which is ONLY covered thru a flood policy. -Renter agrees to purchase and change AC air filter monthly. -Owner provides a home warranty for any interior home repairs.
