No parking on the front lawn. No smoking in the house. Renter is responsible for renters insurance for their belongings. If a pet is in the home, the deposit of $400 is non-refundable. Any damage to the property by renter, family, visitors and/or acquaintances, will be charged to the renter. More details will be included in the lease agreement.
