There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Please be considerate of neighbors during quiet hours. After rain, small bugs may wash into the pool. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests must take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any rules. Self check-in and check-out are conveniently offered.
