Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior, including yelling at or threatening staff, will result in reservation termination without refund. The property owner reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe the guest's actions could harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. Unauthorized parties are strictly forbidden and may be considered criminal trespassing, leading to potential prosecution. Cleanup of human biomaterial will incur a minimum $300 cleaning fee.
