Renter responsible for all utilities (power, cable, water/sewer). Renter should have their own PO Box for mail. First month's rent and security deposit due at lease signing. Monthly payments due the first of each month. *Late fees apply. 1 year minimum lease duration. No smoking. No pets. The HoA requires renters to place carpet runners on hard flooring (not the kitchen). Renter agrees to inspections twice a year. Even though there is an attic, it is off limits due to ducting and fire sprinkler lines. Prospective renters required to pass third party credit history and background checks. All vehicles must be tagged and in good working order. Derelict vehicles are subject to towing by the HoA. Note: We do not accept Title 9 tenants at this time.
