Lease terms

This Month-to-Month Residential Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on _________, 20, by and between L&C GORE ENTERPRISES LLC ("Landlord") and __________________________________ ("Tenant"). 1. PREMISES Landlord rents to Tenant the residential property located at: ("Premises"). 2. MAINTENANCE Tenant shall keep the Premises clean and sanitary and promptly notify Landlord of any maintenance issues or needed repairs. 12. OCCUPANTS Only the following persons may reside at the Premises: Any additional occupant must receive prior written approval from Landlord. 13. TERMINATION Either party may terminate this month-to-month tenancy by providing written notice as required under applicable South Carolina law. 14. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. 15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
